Due to this delay, the World Bank and the NVSP team are revising all project documents/activities (timeline, disbursement schedule, procurement plan), as well as drafting an action plan to start project activities immediately. These activities are expected to be carried out during November, 2013. The NVSP and the World Bank team are currently drafting all supporting documentation for the first Request for Proposals (RfP) for the project’s Small Grants sub-component, which Public Disclosure Copy represents more than 50% of the project’s total budget. The team expects to launch the RfP by December 2013. A Monitoring and Evaluation plan has been drafted. The plan, which revised the project’s results framework and set forth an initial impact evaluation design, will be discussed and revised during the next mission, scheduled for November 4 – 12, 2013.
