The IE database will be submitted to the "National Ethic Committee" and to the "Scientific Committee" in June for approval. Two national NGOs have been contracted for the creation 16 community based health insurance (mutuelle de santé). All health centers and hospitals in the15 targeted districts have started PBF implementation. 45 ministry of health management staff have been trained in PBF. Community-based distribution of contraceptives continue in all districts; (ii) Public Disclosure Copy All 15 health districts now offer the minimum health packages of maternal and child health/reproductive health; 15 ambulances have been purchased for the emergency transport of pregnant women.
