Amendment No. 4 to the Administration Agreement between the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance
 and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
    Association regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Strengthening Accountability and the
  Fiduciary Environment in South East Europe and Central Asia (TF072737 parallel to TF071422)


Dear Mr. Waiglein:

1.       Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Austrian Federal Ministry of
Finance (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the
International Development Association (collectively, the “Bank”) regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund
for Strengthening Accountability and the Fiduciary Environment in South East Europe and Central Asia
(TF072737 parallel to TF071422), effective as of December 12, 2016, as amended on December 12, 2018,
December 10, 2019, and December 4, 2020, respectively (the “Administration Agreement”).

2.      The Donor and the Bank have agreed to extend End Disbursement Date of the Trust Fund.
Accordingly, we propose to amend Section 7.1 of Annex 2 to the Administration Agreement to read as
follows:

       “7.1     It is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the Bank by June 30, 2023.
       The Bank shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes of this Agreement after such date with
       the written approval of the Donors.”

3.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
4.      Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing, dating, and
returning to us the enclosed copy of this Amendment Letter. Upon receipt by the Bank of the copy of this
Amendment Letter countersigned by you, this Amendment Letter will become effective as of the date of
the countersignature. This Amendment Letter is executed in two originals in English.
