The project was officially launched during a workshop held on 13 July, 2018 at MOEFCC, chaired by the GIM Mission Director, with full participation from project PIUs, and officials, showcasing ownership and high level support from MOEFCC. The mission noted the progress on institutional arrangements of the project.
