All five PDO outcome targets have been achieved. The time to register transaction has decreased from 1 day in 2007 to 0.5 days. The number of sales has increased by 69.8 %, and mortgages by 60.4% compared to 2007. Within the Doing Business Survey, the Kyrgyz property registration system was ranked 9th in the world on the property registration indicator by June 2013.
