We refer also to your letter dated December 14, 2009, requesting us to reallocate the proceeds of the Grant. We are pleased to inform you that the Bank concurs with your request and hereby amends the Agreement as follows: 1. Section 2.1(b) of the Annex to the Agreement is amended to read as follows: “The Recipient shall enter into an agreement with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) under terms and conditions that are satisfactory to the Association making available an amount not exceeding one hundred and eleven thousand, nine hundred and twenty four United States Dollars ($111,924) to the FAO to provide technical support to the Recipient during the implementation of the Project.” 2. The proceeds of the Grant allocated in the table in Section 4.2 of the Annex to the Agreement are reallocated as follows: The amount sixty-one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four United States Dollars (USD 61,924) is reallocated from Category 6 (Unallocated) to Category 3 (FAO technical support under Paragraph 2.1(b) of the Annex to this Letter Agreement).
