Implementation Status and Key Decisions
Signing and Effectiveness The Credit, Grant and Project Agreements were completed and signed on September 28, 2017 and the Credit and
Grant declared effective on April 17, 2018.
Significant progress has been achieved in implementation of civil works in past 12 months. The execution of the works contract to
rehabilitate berths 1-7 and construct a new multipurpose berth at Gerezani Creek has progressed well, with 40 percent of the scheduled works
under that contract now complete.
