The new administration and project team has been committed to continue with the implementation. Moreover, the Sector Leader and the new Project Coordinator agreed on March 9, 2012 to continue with the activities, subject to cancel the project if for any legal, administrative, or other reasons the implementation of the activities were delayed beyond June 2012. As of today, the project has carried out capacity building related to activities 1.1 and 2.0. The project has not disbursed more than 30K because they wanted to commit all the money before submitting a second withdrawal application.
