Corrigendum to Amended and Restated Financing Agreement
Excellency,
We refer to the Amended and Restated Financing Agreement between Mongolia and the
International Development Association dated February 18, 2014 (the Agreement) for the above
referenced project.
We note that, due to an oversight, the Agreement does not provide the percentage of
expenditures to be financed under categories (5) and (6) in the disbursement table in
Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement. Accordingly, to address this oversight, "100%" is
included in the fourth column (Percentage of expenditures to be financed (inclusive of Taxes)) of
category (5) (Consultants' services, training, workshops under Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the Project,
goods and Incremental Operating Costs) and category (6) (Consultants' services, training,
workshops under Parts 1, 2, and 4 of the Project and Incremental Operating Costs) in the table in
Section IV.A.2 of Schedule 2 to the Agreement.
All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
