I. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES

 Project implementation is on track. The changes in ratings from moderately satisfactory to satisfactory are a result of
 important progress made over the past 6 months on components 1, 2 and 3 of the project. As of September 8, USD
 1.29 million remained undisbursed on the TF-A2801, while there are no funds remaining on IDA-D1340.

 The proposed restructuring aims to extend the closing date of TF-A2801 to match the IDA closing date planned for
 December 31, 2019. This would allow the government to spend the remaining funds in expanding the social registry,
 and support system building activities that will be leveraged by PARCA and the AF.

 The Project Implementing Unit has no overdue audit report related to the project.
