It is move towards the development objective which is providing improved access to water and sanitation facilities. In overall (as accounted in the Parent Project), the Project had benefited about 6.53 million people with access to improved water facilities, and 6.9 million people with access to improved sanitation in 8,292 villages. Both achievements are slightly above the target for up to the village CY 2013. The Project will account the beneficiaries from village CY 2014 in March 2015 at the earliest Note for the slight decrease of additional number of beneficiaries with access to improved water facilities. The above figure is an actual number of water beneficiaries for villages up to CY 2012. The current rate is slightly decreased because of the following reasons: (i) within 6 months (April to August 2014), about 25 villages have improved functionality of facilities however about 35 have degraded from full to partially functioning, and (ii) no additional villages funded by TF in CY 2013. These cause lower number beneficiaries of access to improved water facilities recorded in the current ISR. The new 491 villages in CY 2014 will give at least an additional 400,000 beneficiaries in March 2015 Intermediate Results Indicators PHINDIRITBL  Number of villages & districts exceeding project performance criteria and receiving supplementary grants (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 1023.00 1023.00 1000.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  Number of villages developing community action plans (Number, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 1295.00 1777.00 1775.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  Number of people participated in the village pleno meeting for preparing community action plan (CAP) (Number, Custom Supplement) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 53184.00 65804.00 0.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 31-Jan-2011 28-Oct-2011 30-Sep-2017 12/25/2014 Page 4 of 7 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report PAMSIMAS Support Trust Fund (P116236) PHINDIRITBL  Percentage of target communities free of open defecation (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 46.00 47.00 60.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  Percentage of village with improved water supply systems that are effectively managed and financed (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 75.00 76.00 75.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  percentage of target schools that have improved water supply and sanitation facilities and hygiene programs (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 91.00 91.00 95.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  Percentage of districts that have project monitoring structure and tools provides regular information on project implementation quality (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value -- 85.00 92.00 90.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 12/25/2014 Page 5 of 7 Public Disclosure Copy Public Disclosure Copy The World Bank Implementation Status & Results Report PAMSIMAS Support Trust Fund (P116236) PHINDIRITBL  Grievances registered related to delivery of projects benefits that are actually addressed (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 98.00 84.00 95.00 Date 20-Oct-2014 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  % of villages with improved water supply systems that are functioning to the satisfaction of the majority of targeted community (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 77.00 77.00 90.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 17-Jan-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 PHINDIRITBL  % of actual community contribution (in cash and inkind) to the total project cost (Percentage, Custom) Baseline Actual (Previous) Actual (Current) End Target Value 0.00 20.00 20.00 20.00 Date 10-Sep-2009 16-May-2014 20-Oct-2014 30-Sep-2017 Overall Comments In overall the progress of the Project remains on track in most indicators except the indicator of "Grievances registered related to delivery of projects benefits that are actually addressed".
