Supplemental Contribution to the Administration Arrangement between the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association concerning the Multi-Donor Umbrella Facility for Capacity
Development (TF 071919)
Dear Mr. Johnston:
1.    We refer to the Administration Arrangement between United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International
Development (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA),
(collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Multi-Donor Umbrella Facility for Capacity
Development (TF071919) (the "Facility") effective as of December 17, 2012
(the "Administration Arrangement").
2.    We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to make a supplemental contribution to the Facility in the amount of seven hundred and
ten thousand Pound Sterling (f710,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution").
3.    The Donor, through MDY Legal, will deposit the Supplemental Contribution into
such bank account designated by the Bank in installments in accordance with the
following schedule:
(a)   promptly following countersignature of this amendment by the Donor and
upon submission of a payment request by the Bank to the Donor and
MDY Legal, three hundred and ninety-seven thousand and four hundred
Pounds Sterling (E 397,400); and
(b)   on or before 31st June, 2014 and upon submission of a payment request by
the Bank to the Donor and MDY Legal, three hundred and twelve
thousand and six hundred Pounds Sterling (f 312,600).
5.    When making such deposit, the Donor, through MDY Legal, will instruct its bank
to include in its payment details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT
RCA 248423. U WUi 64145 W  FAX (202) 477-6391

payment message, information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by
MDY Legal, , on behalf of the Donor, for TFO71919 (Multi-Donor Umbrella Facility for
Capacity Development ). In addition, MDY Legal will provide a copy of the deposit
instruction to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by email sent to
tfremitadvice(@-worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.
6.    Immediately upon receipt of the Supplemental Contribution funds, the Bank will
convert such funds into United States dollars.
7.    All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same and will
apply to the Supplemental Contribution.
8.    The Bank will disclose this amendment and related information on this Facility in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this amendment.
9.    Please confirm your acceptance to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing and dating the two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning
the other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original amendment
countersigned by you, this amendment will become effective as of the date of the
countersignature.
