All project objectives are close to be achieved by the project closing date. The overall Implementation Progress is rated Satisfactory. All civil works construction and equipment installation of the line have been completed. On June 25, 2018 the total disbursed loan from the Bank is USD 285 million (95% of the loan amount). All resettlement and land acquisition have been completed. The average daily ridership of the line reaches 154,000 passenger-trips, overseeing the target of 150,000 passengers only six months after commissioning of the system. Passenger satisfaction ratio for Line 3 was 91% in 2017 and on-time performance was close to 100% in 2018. In addition, KRTC completed two TA activities financed by the loan proceeds (passenger satisfaction survey and study on material management), and three other TA studies financed by counterpart funds (bus-rail integration plan, TOD study, and marketing plan) as well as several trainings and study tours.
