Amendment No. 6 to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain
 and Northern Ireland, acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)
 and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
  Association regarding the Middle East and North Africa (MNA) Region-wide Technical Assistance
                                     Multi-Donor Trust Fund

               (Trust Fund No. TF072755 parallel to original Trust Fund No. TF071840)

1.       Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO)
(the “Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Participants” and
each a “Participant”) regarding the Middle East and North Africa (MNA) Region-wide Technical
Assistance Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. TF072755) effective as of March 22, 2017, as
amended (the “Administration Arrangement”).

2.       The Participants mutually decided to the following amendment to the Administration Arrangement:

Section 8.1of Annex 2 to the Administration Arrangement will be deleted and replaced with the following:

        “8.1.     It is expected that the Contributions will be fully disbursed by the Bank by
December 31, 2023. The Bank shall only disburse Contributions for the purposes of this Arrangement after
such date with the written approval of the Donors.”

3.       All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.

4.     The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank’s Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

5.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptable below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participants are requested to sign and
date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment
will become effective as of the date of the last signature.
