Implementation Status and Key Decisions
The project continues to make steady progress towards its Project Development Objective of providing residents in Wuwei Municipality and Linxia
Prefecture with improved connectivity between rural and urban areas. Civil works for eight out of ten roads have been completed, with one under
construction and one to be dropped in Wuwei; five of six project roads have been completed in Linxia and the remaining one under
construction. Completed project roads are playing important role in Wuwei and Linxia in facilitating urban-rural integration and poverty alleviation.
The capacity building activities are progressing well, with a focus on road safety and road maintenance.

constructed outside the project, to ensure proper attribution.
