The wind farm has a total capacity of 33 MW and has achieved a load factor in the range of 20-27%, effectively supplying about 60-70 GWh per year to the Luzon grid. In terms of CERs, the Project has already delivered 173,626 tons of the 356,000 tons contract CERs under the ERPA. These represent the CERs generated during the first four monitoring periods from May 2005 to March 2010. Verification of the emission reductions for the fifth monitoring period (March 2010 to February 2011) and the sixth monitoring period (February 2011 to April 2012) is targeted by the third quarter of 2012 with a total of 88,711 tons of CERs expected to be certified. This would be the last verification to be done within the first seven-year crediting period. The process of renewal for the second seven-year crediting period is ongoing and expected to be completed by third quarter of 2012. With annual CER generation projected to be within the range of 40,000 to 45,000 tons per year, deliveries of the remaining contract CERs is expected to be easily achieved by the closing date of December 31, 2014.
