Re.: Supplemental Contribution to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement between
the Inter-American Development Bank and the International Bank for Reconstruction
and Development and the International Development Association concerning the
Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Regional Centers for Learning on Evaluation and Results
(CLEAR) (TF No. 071407)
Dear Ms. Gray:
1.    We refer to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement between the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("IBRD") and the International Development
Association ("IDA") (collectively, the "Bank") and the Inter-American Development
Bank (the "Donor") regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Regional Centers for
Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR) (TFO71407) (the "Trust Fund") effective
as of December 8, 2011 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.    We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to make a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of three hundred
thousand United States Dollars (USD300,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution"), to be
used by the Bank as set out in the Administration Agreement.
3.    The Donor will deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such bank account
designated by the Bank following countersignature of this Amendment and submission of
a payment request by the Bank.
4.    When making the deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its
payment details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message,
information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Donor for
TFO71407 (the "Multi-Donor Trust Fund for CLEAR"), and the date of the deposit (the
"Deposit Instruction"). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the Deposit
Instruction to the Bank's Accounting Trust Fund Division by email sent to:
tfremitadvice&worldbank.org or by fax sent to: 1 (202) 614-1315.
5.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement will remain the same and shall
apply to the Supplemental Contribution.

6.    The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust
Fund in accocrdance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering
into this Amendment, thc Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment. In addition,
the Donor may also make this Amendment and its corresponding Administration
Agreement publicly available pursuant to its rules, policies and procedures with respect
to the disclosure of information.
7.    Please confirm your acceptance to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing and dating the two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning
the other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original copy
countersigned by you, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of its
countersignature.
