The performance based road maintenance contract no. 1 (GMANS 1) has been signed but is behind schedule. Within this contract 18 micorenterpises dedicated to road maintenance have been created and subcontracted. If all goes according to plan an improvement in disbursements can be expected by the end od 2010, as well as a high commitment of the loan.
