During the May 2012 mission, it was finally agreed to proceed with project restructuring. The restructuring will most likely entail a revised project development objective. Essentially, the Project will concentrate its support to the restructuring of the VTC (Component 2), further reduce the scope of Component 1 (E-TVET Council development), and drop Component 3 (E-TVET Fund).
