Amendment No. 7 to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Ministry of Finance of Japan and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development Association
and the International Finance Corporation regarding the Japanese Social Development Fund (Trust
Fund No. 072608, parallel to original Trust Fund No. 023779)

1.      Reference is made to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Ministry of Finance of Japan (the
“Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Development
Association and the International Finance Corporation (collectively, the “World Bank Group” and together
with the Donor, the “Parties” and each a “Party”) regarding the Japanese Social Development Fund (JSDF)
(Trust Fund No. 072608) (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of July 27, 2016, as amended (the “Supplemental
Arrangement”).

2.      The World Bank Group acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide a supplemental contribution
in the amount of one hundred and ten million Japanese Yen (JPY 110,000,000) (the “Contribution”) for the
Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Arrangement.

3.      The Donor will deposit the Contribution in the currency specified in paragraph 2 above into such
bank account designated by the World Bank Group promptly following countersignature of this amendment
(“the Amendment”) and submission of a payment request by the Bank.

4.      When making a deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its deposit details information
(remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the amount deposited, that
the deposit is made by the Donor for Trust Fund No. 072608 (the Japanese Social Development Fund), and
the date of the deposit (the “Deposit Instructions”). In addition, the Donor will provide a copy of the
Deposit Instructions to the Bank’s Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.

5.      All other terms of the Supplemental Arrangement will remain the same.

6.     The Donor consents to the disclosure of this Amendment and related information on the subject of
this Amendment in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information.

7.      Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the World Bank Group of this fully signed Amendment,
this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the last signature.
