Amendment to the Financing Agreement
We refer to the Financing Agreement ("Agreement"), dated December 12, 2018, between the Republic of Ghana
("Recipient") and the International Development Association ("Association") for the above -referenced program. We also refer to
your letter dated June 29,2020, requesting an amendment ofthe dated covenant in Section V.A ofSchedule 2 to the Agreement.
I am pleasedto notifyyouthat the Association concurs with yourrequest andhasestablishedJune30,2021,as the
later date for purposes of Section V.A of Schedule 2 to the Agreement. All the other provisions of the Agreement that have
not been amended, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
Please indicate your agreement with the foregoing, by countersigning and dating the two original copies of this
letter and returning one countersigned original copy to the Association. Upon receipt by the Association of said original
countersigned by the authorized representative ofthe Recipient anddated,this amendment shall become effective as of the
date ofcountersignature ofthis letter.
