State agencies and Federal Project Support Unit (FPSU) should also recognize and appreciate functional and supportive LGAs on CSDP. LGAs that are funding their LGRC activities and providing personnel and running costs for community micro-projects should be duly recognized and rewarded to encourage behavior change. As the Community Development Plans (CDPs) are being approved and community micro-projects are established and put to use, it is agreed that since performance on the project will not only depend on the quantity of CDPs implemented but mainly on the quality and extent of utilization of the micro-projects, State Agencies should regularly collect and collate data on usage of micro project (intermediate outcome). World Bank to convene a review meeting on the existing M&E template used by the project office to ensure easy collation of intermediate results data. Public Disclosure Copy A mid-term review exercise was also agreed for the last quarter of calendar 2011 and preceding the next implementation support mission Restructuring History There has been no restructuring to date.
