Re: Supplemental Contribution - Amendment to the Administration Arrangement between
the Government of Canada (represented by the Minister for International Cooperation,
acting through the Canadian International Development Agency) and the International
Development Association concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Ethiopia
Productive Safety Net APLIII Project (TF No. 071468)
Dear Ms. Baker,
1.   We refer to the Administration Arrangement ("Arrangement") between the Government of
Canada (represented by the Minister for International Cooperation, acting through the
Canadian International Development Agency) (the "Donor") and the International
Development Association ("IDA" or the "Bank"), regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund
for the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net APLIJI Project (TF No. 071468) (the "Trust Fund").
2.   We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor to make
a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of three hundred fourteen
thousand five hundred eleven United States Dollars (US$314,511) (the "Supplemental
Contribution").
3.   The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank to transfer the Supplemental Contribution from
CIDA's Balance Account (TF029048) to the Trust Fund (TFO71468), promptly following
countersignature of this Arrangement by the Donor.
4.  Immediately upon receipt of the Supplemental Contribution, the Bank will convert such
funds into United States Dollars.
5.   All other terms of the Arrangement will remain the same.


6.   The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information
on this Trust Fund.
Please confirm your understanding to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing,
dating, and returning to us one of the enclosed originals of this Amendment. Upon receipt by the
Bank of the original of this Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become
effective as of the countersignature.
