Dear Ms. Bérard: 
 
1. 
We refer to the Trust Fund Administration Arrangement between the Government of 
Canada as represented by the Minister of International Cooperation acting through the Canadian 
International Development Agency (the “Donor”) and the  International Development 
Association (the “Trustee”) regarding the Haiti Reconstruction Fund (the “Trust Fund”)       
(MTO No. 069016
)
dated August 17, 2010 (the “Administration Arrangement”).  
 
2. 
We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Trustee,
 
the intention of the Donor to 
make available as a grant, a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the sum  of fifteen 
million Canadian Dollars (CAD$15,000,000) (the “Supplemental Contribution”) for the Donor’s 
fiscal year 2010/2011).  
 
3. 
The Donor will send a letter to the Steering Committee,
 
stating its preference for the 
Trust Fund to support the agriculture and education sectors in line with the Government of 
Haiti’s Action Plan for Reconstruction and Development, based on decisions by the Steering 
Committee.   
 
4. 
The Donor will deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such account with such bank 
designated in a payment request to be submitted to the Donor by the Trustee.

5. 
When making such deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its payment 
details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message, information 
indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Donor for MTO No. 069016 (Haiti 
Reconstruction Fund), and the date of the deposit (the Deposit Instruction).  In addition, the 
Donor shall provide a copy of the Deposit Instruction to the Bank’s Accounting Trust Funds 
Division by e-mail sent to

or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315 
 
6. 
Immediately upon receipt of the Supplemental Contribution, the Trustee will convert 
such funds into United States dollars. 
 
7. 
All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same. 
 
8. 
The Trustee will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the World Bank Policy on 
Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to the disclosure of 
this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund.  
 
9. 
Please confirm your acceptance with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing 
and dating the two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning the other 
original to the Trustee. Upon receipt by the Trustee of the copy of this Amendment 
countersigned by you, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the 
countersignature.
