The design for Fieri, Lezha and Shkodra are finalised. The 
package will be divided in two lots. 1 Fieri and 2. Shkodra 
and Lezha. 
IPRO is waiting the MoJ official approval to take over the 
Civil Court Facilities
IPRO has recently taken over the Tax Office 
facilities. It requires some minor works in the public 
reception area
The equipment needed for the one stop shop. 
Specifications to be provided by the consultant for 
design and development
The refurbishment is required only for the server 
room where the back up site will be established for 
The design and bill of quantities for Central and 
Tirana IPRO are completed and shared with the Bank 
by end of April 2010. The application for building 
permit is filed in the Tirana Municipality
These item are needed for creating the system development 
environment and for testing the connection between two  
IPRO sites with regard to the proposed system architecture.
This is subject of finding a solution for the land title 
for the new building that does not belong to IPRO
