Progress on MDP 2: While cycle 2 has started, the completion of cycle 1 is delayed due to the lack of funds stemming from the pending transfer of the PA’s contribution. Overall, the vast majority of sub-projects are completed however those which are reliant upon PA funding are either facing delays or have not begun.
