Comments: Overall Comments PDO Only two of the PDO indicators were meant to have achieved targets in 2018, but these have not yet been met since the infrastructure works in Saly has not yet begun and feasibility studies implemented by the Ministry of Tourism are still being procured. No promotion activity has yet taken place. All of this explains why private investment in tourism in Saly has not yet seen an impact. Furthermore, the methodology for calculating this indicator needs to be better defined by the consultant recently hired to assist on M&E. As for the percentage of enterprises supported by the BPC still in existence, the full payments of the cash prizes have not yet been made to assess the survival rate.
