Since the last ISR, there have been a number of advances, namely: 1) implementation of a Call Center of the Magistrate Control Office (Oficina de Control de la Magistratura) for citizenship complaints, 2) implementation of a system for electronic notification for the Magistrate Control Office cases, 3) implementation of a microforms system for corruption specialized prosecutors, 4) design of a communications strategy for the services of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, and 5) design of guidelines for the new procedural work law operators.
