The main challenges discussed during the MTR included revision of the PDO indicator for higher education relevance , clarification of the procurement mechanisms to be utilized in the grant recipient projects under components 2 and 3, and the likely necessity to request a slight extension to the closing date of the project, in order to allow the individual recipient teams time to close their respective projects according to best practices.
