At present, 33% of the loan has been disbursed. All provinces are now in the Sumar Program - three provinces that were previously not participating in the program – Cordoba, Buenos Aires City and Santa Cruz – finally signed the Page 1 of 5 The World Bank Report No: ISR15484 Framework Agreements on June 4, 2014. The data show that there has been progress for four out of six PDO indicators relative to the baseline values (proportion of eligible population with effective coverage, proportion of eligible pregnant women receiving prenatal check-ups before the 13th week, proportion of eligible children under 10 years of age receiving complete health check-ups according to Public Disclosure Copy protocol, and percentage of provinces which meet the targets of their Annual Performance Agreements). The other two PDO indicators are the proportion of eligible youths between 10 and 19 years of age receiving complete health check-ups according to protocol, and the proportion of eligible women between 25 and 64 years of age with at least one cervical cancer screening every two years. Although there has been significant progress compared to the data provided in the previous ISR, they have not achieved their expected targets for the period.
