1. The Performance and Learning Review (PLR) assesses progress in implementing the Country
Partnership Framework (CPF) program and introduces necessary changes and course corrections. It is
prepared every two years or at the midpoint of the CPF. The current CPF (FY17-FY22) has been
extended an additional year until FY23.
2. The World Bank Group has initiated preparation of a Performance and Learning Review (PLR).
