                                 Additions to Agenda


RESOLVED:

   THAT after the initial agenda for the First Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors
has been adopted, additions to the agenda shall be submitted in writing to the Procedures
Committee at least 24 hours before the time of consideration by the Board of Governors.
