II. SUMMARY OF PROJECT STATUS AND PROPOSED CHANGES

 The Additional Financing was approved by the Board in April 2021 and is pending effectiveness. The parent project is
 99% disbursed.
 The simple restructuring is required to extend the duration of the GAVI grant agreement. The closing date of the GAVI
 grant (4,6 million USD) is 30 June 2021 and there is a need to extend it to 30 June 2022, as per GAVI requirements.
 Furthermore, as GAVI and IDA funds do not have the same closing dates (June 2022 and June 2023 respectively), an
 amendment to the grant agreement is necessary to change the funding percentage of GAVI and IDA for FY22.
