Amendment to the Contribution Arrangement between the Government ofAustralia
Represented by the Australian Agency for International Development (the
"Original Contributor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development ("IBRD") dated 12 June 2013 relating to trust fund for the AgResults
Initiative (TF No. 069025) (the "Arrangement").
Dear Ms. Kamath and Dr. Armstrong:
1.    We refer to the Arrangement whereby the Original Contributor agreed to make
certain contributions to the AgResults Trust Fund (TF No. 069025) in relation to an
innovative initiative that will enhance global food security and improve the livelihoods of
developing country farmers through prizes and other market-based incentives with a
results-driven funding or pull mechanisms that reward innovators for tackling some of the
biggest problems in food security and agricultural development (the "AgResults
Initiative").
2.    Pursuant to recent discussions between the Original Contributor, the Government
of Australia Represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the "New
Contributor") and IBRD, the Original Contributor, the New Contributor and IBRD propose
to amend the Arrangement as follows:
(i) All references in the Arrangement to the Original Contributor will be construed to refer
to the New Contributor and as of the date hereof, the New Contributor will be deemed to
be the "Contributor" as referenced in the Agreement;

(ii) All rights, roles, responsibilities and obligations of the Original Contributor under the
Arrangement will be transferred to the New Contributor as at the date hereof;
(iii) The notice details for the Original Contributor in Clause 5 of the Arrangement will be
deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following notice details for the New
Contributor:

3.    Defined terms used in this Amendment and not defined herein will have the
meanings given to them in the Arrangement.
4.    All other terms of the Arrangement will remain the same.
5.    IBRD, the Original Contributor or the New Contributor may disclose this
Amendment and information with respect to this Amendment in accordance with their
respective policies on the disclosure of information.
6.    Please acknowledge and confirm the foregoing amendments, on behalf of the
Original Contributor and the New Contributor respectively, by signing, dating, and
returning to us the enclosed copy of this Amendment. Upon receipt by IBRD of this signed
Amendment, the Amendment will become effective as of the last date of signature by the
either the Original Contributor or the New Contributor.
