OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS Amendment No. I to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as represented by the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association concerning the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net Project IV (TFO72631) 1. Reference is made to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as represented by the Ministry for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA) (collectively, the "Bank" and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party") regarding the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net Project IV (TF072631) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of October 19, 2016 (the "Supplemental Arrangement"). 2. The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide a supplemental contribution in the amount of twenty-six million six hundred sixty-six thousand six hundred fifty United States Dollars (USD 26,666,650) (the "Contribution") for the Trust Fund) in accordance with the terms of this Amendment. 3. The Donor will deposit the Contribution in accordance with the following schedule and in the currency specified in Section 2 above into such bank account designated by the Bank (each amount deposited referred to as an "Installment") upon submission of a payment request by the Bank: (A) Promptly following countersignature, eight million two hundred fifty thousand United States Dollars (USD 8,250,000). (B) By December 31, 2018, eight million eight hundred eighty-eight thousand United States Dollars (USD 8,888,000). (C) By December 31, 2019, nine million five hundred twenty-eight thousand six hundred fifty United States Dollars (USD 9,528,650). 4. The Contribution is being provided in Installments on the basis of financial needs of the Trust Fund. If the Bank determines, on the basis of the speed of the implementation of the activities and availability of funds in the Trust Fund, that it is necessary to either bring Installments forward or delay them, the Bank and the Donor will mutually decide to revise the Installment schedule, as confirmed by the Bank to the Donor in writing. 5. When making a deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its deposit details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the amount deposited, that the deposit is made by the Donor for TF07263 1 (the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net Project IV), and the date of the deposit (the "Deposit Instructions"). In addition, the Donor will provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadvicekworldbank.ory or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315. -2- 6. All other terms of the Supplemental Arrangement will remain the same. 7. The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure. 8. Each of the Donor and the Bank represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Donor and the Bank are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of last signature.
