Project Objectives The objective of the Project is to support the Recipient's strategy to promote economic growth by reducing transaction costs associated with trade and investment, introducing transparency in investment processes and facilitating access of enterprises to export markets. 3. Project Description Lending instrument.The operation will be delivered through a Specific Investment Grant (IDA Grant) that will disburse from August 2005 to August 2009. 4.
