Revised Key Performance Indicators
We refer to: (i) the Financing Agreement dated May 24, 2011, as amended, between India
(the Recipient) and the International Development Association (the Association) (the Financing
Agreement); (ii) the Project Agreement of the same date among the State of Rajasthan (Rajasthan),
the Rajasthan Gramin Ajeevika Vikas Parishad Society (the Society) and the Association (the
Project Agreement); and (iii) the supplemental letter of the same date from the Recipient to the
Association regarding Key Performance Indicators, agreed further to the Financing Agreement
(the Supplemental Letter), all for the Rajasthan Rural Livelihoods Project (the Project).
We also refer to the letter dated December 11, 2017 from the Department of Economic
Affairs requesting for a restructuring of the Project involving updating the Key Performance
Indicators set out in the Project Implementation Plan and the Supplemental Letter.
The Association concurs with the request. The attachment to the Supplemental Letter
regarding Key Performance Indicators agreed further to Section II.A of Schedule 2 to the
Financing Agreement, which indicators are also comprised in the Project Implementation Plan,
are revised to read as set forth in the Attachment hereto.
