Therefore, the Office of the President (Oficina del Comisionado Presidential de Infraestructura, Servicios Públicos y Modernización del Estado) took over the monitoring of the implementation of the project, and requested a detailed step by step implementation path. The final meeting to go over the aide memoire took place at the President Palace where it was decided that the Office of the President will hold weekly meetings of the SAG and SEFIN teams to monitor the implementation of the 47 steps of the action plan. These new dispositions will replace the existing ones in the Operational Manual. The mission also revised the terms of reference of the additional staff. The mission worked with the M&E specialist of the project implementation team to review the indicators of the Annex 3 of the PAD, and agreed on the data that needed to be collected to monitor these indicators. Finally, the mission helped the M&E specialist on the team to create the data base for the baseline for the impact evaluation. Restructuring History There has been no restructuring to date.
