Instrument of Partial Cancellation
Enhanced Integrated Framework World Bank Managed Trust Fund Multi-Donor Trust Fund
                               (Trust Fund No.072668)

1.      Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the United Nations Office for
Project Services (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
and the International Development Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the
Donor, the “Parties”) concerning the Enhanced Integrated Framework World Bank Managed Trust
Fund (Trust Fund No. 072668) (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of August 22, 2016, as amended (the
“Administration Agreement”).

2.      Reference is also made to the Donor’s communication dated March 16, 2022, informing
the Bank of its desire to transfer a portion of its pro rata share of the uncommitted balance of the
Trust Fund to the Donor Balance Account.

3.      In accordance with paragraph 8.2 of Annex 2 to the Administration Agreement, the Parties
agree to cancel a portion of the Donor’s pro rata share of the uncommitted balance of the Trust
Fund in the amount of USD 197,646.61) as of the date of countersignature of this Instrument. The
Donor hereby authorizes the Bank promptly following countersignature of this partial cancellation
instrument (the “Instrument”) to transfer the cancelled funds to the Donor Balance Account
(TF073131).

4.       Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to
enter into this Instrument and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are
each requested to sign and date this Instrument, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully
signed Partial Cancellation, this Instrument shall become effective as of the date of the last
signature.
