Despite the disruptions due to the COVID-19, the mission observed a positive progress towards achieving its Project Development Objectives (PDO). PDO Indicator 1, percentage of graduates employed 6 months after completing training showed a stable trend over time, according to the recent tracer study of graduates. Cumulative employment rate as of December 2019 was 57.4% for all the cohorts. PDO Indicator 2, established and functioning testing quality standard, has been achieved by approval and notification of the new testing quality standards by three testing agencies. PDO Indicator 3, number of students passed out from market-relevant courses, reached 44,030 (of which 13,264 female), exceeding the target number of 40,000 (of which 7,200 female). Due to the timing of the survey, "Percentage of graduates employed 6 months after completing training in market-relevant courses" reports the graduate cohorts of 2019 and before. The study reported the overall placement rate was 57.4 percent for all the cohort as of December 2019. Other two PDO indicators also met and surpassed the targets.
