Zambia – Credit – Girls’ Education and Women’s Empowerment and Livelihoods Project 2. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 22, 2015 of the credit in the amount of SDR 47.2 million (US$65 million equivalent) to Zambia for the Girls’ Education and Women’s Empowerment and Livelihoods Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0104, dated May 5, 2015). Niger – Credit and Grant – Population and Health Support Project 3. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 22, 2015 of the credit in the amount of SDR 6.6 million (US$9 million equivalent) and grant in the amount of SDR 68.2 million (US$94 million equivalent) to Niger for the Population and Health Support Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0110, dated May 5, 2015). Uganda – Credit – Regional Communications Infrastructure Program Phase 5 – Uganda Project 4. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 22, 2015 of the credit in the amount of SDR 54.4 million (US$75 million equivalent) to Uganda for the Regional Communications Infrastructure Program Phase 5 – Uganda Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0109, dated May 5, 2015). Central African Republic – Additional Grant – Health System Support Project 5. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 22, 2015 of the additional grant in the amount of SDR 8.70 million (US$12 million equivalent) to Central African Republic for the Health System Support Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0111, dated May 13, 2015). Democratic Republic of Congo – Credit and Grant – Quality and Relevance of Secondary and Tertiary Education Project 6. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 26, 2015 of the credit in the amount of SDR 94.3 million (US$130 million equivalent) and grant in the amount of SDR 50.8 million (US$70 million equivalent) to the Democratic Republic of Congo for the Quality and Relevance of Secondary and Tertiary Education Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0108, dated May 6, 2015). Mr. Godts wished to record his abstention. Kenya, Tanzania and East African Community – Additional Credits – Lake Victoria Environmental Management Project (Adaptable Program Lending 1) 7. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 26, 2015 of the additional credits to: (i) Kenya in the amount of SDR 7.3 million (US$10 million equivalent); (ii) Tanzania in the amount of SDR 7.3 million (US$10 million); and (iii) East African Community in the amount of SDR 1.5 million (US$2 million equivalent) for the Lake Victoria Environmental Management Project (APL 1) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0107, dated May 6, 2015). Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Chad, Mauritania and Permanent Interstate Committee for Drought Control in the Sahel – Credits and Grants – Regional Sahel Pastoralism Support Project 8. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 26, 2015 of the (i) credits to Burkina Faso in the amount of SDR 21.8 million (US$30 million equivalent); Mali in the amount of SDR 32.7 million (US$45 million equivalent); Niger in the amount of SDR 32.7 million (US$45 million equivalent); Senegal in the amount of SDR 21.8 million (US$30 million equivalent); and (ii) grants to Chad in the amount of SDR 32.7 million (US$45 million equivalent); and Mauritania in the amount of SDR 32.7 million (US$45 million equivalent); and (iii) a regional grant to the Permanent Interstate Committee for Drought Control in the Sahel in the amount of SDR 5.8 million (US$8 million equivalent) for the Regional Sahel Pastoralism Support Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0106, dated May 6, 2015). Haiti – Grant – Sustainable Rural and Small Towns Water and Sanitation Project 9. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on May 26, 2015 of the grant in the amount of SDR 36.3 million (US$50 million equivalent) to Haiti for the Sustainable Rural and Small Towns Water and Sanitation Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2015-0127, dated May 14, 2015).
