Annex II: PEA Management Comments on Factual Findings


Regarding the computerized inventory system mentioned page 3, we
would like to clarify that due to the transitional process of the
management of the warehouse from PEA to PETL, some supporting
staff are still not transferred to PETL, therefore, some tasks are still
pending such as the entry of materials into the computerized system.
Knowing that PEA staff registering all transaction on special excel
sheets. Also, a special team has been assigned to register all transaction
into the system.
