Commitment stands at over 90% of the US$75 million credit while disbursement had also reached 90%. The project closes on April 30, 2016 and the remaining period is considered sufficient to complete the remaining activities and to fully disburse the credit. The restructuring has positioned the project to realize its development objective by replacing slow moving operations with more strategically important and readily implementable activities. The client has maintained good project management capacity especially with regard to the management of the civil works component. The Bank has advised the client on the need to improve the implementation of the capacity building component, which in the past has lagged behind.
