Argentina – Loan – First Inclusive Growth Programmatic Development Policy Financing

2.      The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation
(R2018-0208; /5, dated August 28, 2018, September 17, 2018, and September 28, 2018, and
October 29, 2018, respectively) and approved the loan in the amount of US$500 million for the
First Inclusive Growth Programmatic Development Policy Financing on the terms and conditions
set out in the President’s Memorandum.

Argentina – Additional Loan – Children and Youth Protection Project

3.     The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation
(R2018-0212; /4, dated September 4, 2018, September 17, 2018, September 28, 2018, and
October 29, 2018, respectively) and approved the additional loan in the amount of US$450
million for the Children and Youth Protection Project on the terms and conditions set out in the
President’s Memorandum.
