AMENDMENT 
to the  
ADMINISTRATION ARRANGEMENT 
 Between 
THE NETHERLANDS MINISTER FOR DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION  
And 
THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT 
(THE “IBRD”) AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION 
(“IDA”) (COLLECTIVELY REFERED TO AS THE “BANK”). 
 
Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement (AA) between the Netherlands Minister 
for Development Co-operation, hereafter referred to as the Minister, and the International Bank 
for Reconstruction and Develo
pment (the “IBRD”) and the International Development 
Association (“IDA”) (collectively referred to as the “Bank”)  for the project called “Natural 
Disaster Risk Management” in support of Phase 1 of the Natural Disaster Risk Management 
Program, Minister's reference no. 13968, dated 6 July 2006 and the Amendment to the AA dated 
18, November 2009 and the General Arrangement between the Netherlands Minister for 
Development Co-operation (the “Minister”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and 
Development (the “IBRD”) and the International Development Association (“IDA”) 
(collectively referred to as the “Bank”).   
 
Whereas developments relating to the Project justify amendment of the said Administration 
Arrangement; 
 
The Minister and the Bank have come to the following Arrangement:

The Minister has decided to grant a final budget neutral extension based on the World 
Bank‘s request and proposed Work Plan, Disbursement and Projection (2010-2011) dated

June 2010.  The Netherlands grant will be extended from 30 June 2010 to 30 June 
2011. 
·
Funds available to the WB under this Amendment Arrangement will be transferred in two 
instalments during the calendar year 2010 on the basis of a payment request and an 
unaudited statement of receipts, disbursements and fund balance as referred to in Section 
4.02(b) of the General Arrangement. 
·
The other terms and conditions of the Arrangement remain unchanged.
