Amendment to the Amended and Restated Financing Agreement
Excellency:
We refer to the Financing Agreement (the "Agreement") dated October 31, 2012 between the
Republic of Angola ("the Recipient") and the International Development Association ("the Association")
for the abovementioned Project (the "Project.") as amended. We also refer to your letter dated August 14,
2018, requesting the Association to amend certain provisions of the Agreement.
We are pleased to inform you that the Association agrees to your request to modify the
disbursement percentage to reflect changes in the SDR exchange rate. Therefore, the Association proposes
to amend the Agreement as follows:
1.     The table in Section IV.A.2 shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

copy, this amendment shall become effective as of the date of your countersignature.
