Anendment to the Administration Agreement between the Sweden, represented by the Swedish
International Development Cooperation Agency and the Iunternational Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the International Development Association regarding the Global Partnership on
Output Based Aid Core Operations Multi-donor Trust Fund ('No.TF070734)
i.    Ref`erence is made to the Administration Agreement between the Sweden. represented by the
Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (the "Donor") and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank",
and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party") regarding the Global Partnership on Output
Based Aid Core Operations Multi-donor Trust Fund (No.TF070734) (the "Trust Fund") countersigned on
December 5. 2007, as anended (Ilie "Admiinistralion Agreement").
2.     The Parties agree to amend the Administration Agreement as follows:
(a) Paragraph 8. 1 of Annex 2 of the Administration Agreement shall be deleted and replaced with the
following:
"8. 1.  It is expected that tbe    fuontribution unds wi l be fully disbursed by the Bank in accordance
with the provisions of this Agreement by Deceiiber 31, 2022. The Bank will only disburse
(C'ontribution funds for the purposes of this Aieement after such date with the writteni appros al of
the Donors."
3.     All other ternis of the Administration Agreenient shall renain the same.
4.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these ternis and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment and respective
amendments signed by all other donors to the Trust Fund. this Anendment shall become effeetive as of the
date of the last signature.
