Implementation Status and Key Decisions
Under Component 1, new pasture stock watering points were constructed in 22 communities bringing the total number of communities with
completed pasture stock watering point construction works to 95. Overall, 672 units of agricultural machinery were provided to 74 communities.
Under Component 2, quick organization of the fifth round, selection of winners, signing of contracts, releasing funds, which allowed the
implementation of sub-projects to start.
Under Component 3, Given the available savings under the Project, a new activity was proposed by the client and agreed by the Bank to build
some 150-200 pens for animals in approximately 70 communities with more than one thousand cattle and that are already engaged under
Component 1. Procurement of design has been completed.

The actual value for this indicator did not change since it reflects the outcome of sub-project implemented

The first indicator will be updated, when thе METT third assessment is carried out for all communities in spring.
The second group of indicators will be updated after next mission in March-April, when annual data for 2020 is finalized. It worth noting that
most sales happen just prior to the New Year.
The value of marketed production reflects results of the first two rounds of the VCD sub-projects.

This indicator needs to be revised as the assumption that the number of cooperative members is 50% of
the number of HHs who are involved in animal husbandry is not true in the communities, which have more
than 850 HHs (comparatively big rural communities or urban communities). It was agreed that for
