Employment and Self-Employment Services, which includes training services, micro-small business services and employment/job placement services, have been provided to beneficiaries, covering 54 districts. In addition, cash payments to at least 14,200 families and 4,620 widows of those killed in the conflict have been provided under the project, surpassing the set targets. Up to 87 percent of the beneficiaries are satisfied with the Page 1 of 6 The World Bank Report No: ISR13437 cash payments and rehabilitation services received thus far, almost meeting the project target of 90 percent. Finally, a number of capacity strengthening measures have been implemented, including a Management Information System in place, guidelines and protocols developed and approved, a grievance system in place and reporting available on line.
