Amendment 2 to Amendment No. I to the Supplemental Agreement between the Swiss Confederation,
represented by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association regarding the Multi-
Donor Trust Fund for Strengthening Accountability and the Fiduciary Environment in South East
Europe and Central Asia
(Trust Fund No. TF072737 parallel to original Trust Fund No. TFO71422)
I.    Reference is made to the Amendment I to the Supplemental Agreement between the Swiss
Confederation, represented by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (the "Donor") and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association
(collectively, the -Bank" and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party"), regarding the
Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Strengthening Accountability and the Fiduciary Environment in South East
Europe and Central Asia (the -Parallel Trust Fund No. TF072737") effective as of July 19, 2017, as
amended (the "Amendment No. I to the Supplemental Agreement") where the Donor provided additional
contribution in the amount of one million and one hundred thousand Swiss Francs (CHF 1,100,000) (the
-Contribution").
2.     The Bank acknowledges the payment of the Donor's initial installment of six hundred thousand
Swiss Francs (CHF 600,000) which was provided to the Bank in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Strengthening Accountability and the Fiduciary Environment in South
East Europe and Central Asia (Parallel Trust Fund No, TF072737) (the "Trust Fund") in accordance with
the terms of the Supplemental Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
3.     The Donor and the Bank agree to cancel the unpaid balance under the Amendment I to the
Supplemental Agreement. Accordingly, the unpaid balance of the Contribution reflected in the Bank's
accounting records in the amount of five hundred thousand Swiss Francs (CHF 500,000) will be cancelled.
4.     All other terms of the Supplemental Agreement will remain the same.
5.     The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

6.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
